Alona Tal

Tal started her career fresh from the Israel Defense Forces, with a children's musical video tape with her as a witch who was evil. She then appeared as an actress in a television commercial. In the following year, she was cast in the role of the main character in the Israeli film Lihiyot Kochav (To Be A Star). She was given two offers for roles in Israeli TV shows during the shooting of the film. The first one was Tzimerim the story of a family who runs one of the hotels in their small town. Another was HaPijamot featuring a young band determined to break through in the real world. She appeared in three seasons of the sitcom, and later, as an actor in guest roles, which gave Tal the opportunity to showcase her talent as a singer. While Tal was only one of the main characters for the initial three seasons, many episodes were recorded in the fourth year.
