Dwayne is currently the lead pastor at Wellspring Church Charlotte NC, that was established by him in the year 2007. He is also a member of the board for the Acts 29 Network and he is also the Director of Pastoral Care for the network. His passion is to train the future generation of Biblical counselors. He sits on the Board as a Director of the Biblical Counseling Coalition. He has written many online articles and also contributes to the book Christ-Centered Biblical Counseling: Changing lives with God's changeless truth (eds. Kelleman, Viars). Dwayne has three children along with his wife Leslie.
